Nasi Kerabu is make from a traditional Malaysian dish that is famous for its blue rice, this filling dish also contains fish, which is the base of the Kerabu or vegetable mixture the other element of typical nasi kerabu are the coconut based sweet and the salty sauce and the garnish.
Other than, Nasi Kerabu also includes vegetable and a variety of ingredients commoniy used in Southeast Asian Cocking the rice in a Nasi Kerabu is blue because it has been pre-cooked in the blue extract from the dried flower of the Clitrioa ternatea plant. My Favourite Food

I am very foodie. I love to eat and cook. Among the number of food Pizza is my favorite food because it tastes and smells fabulous.
In Pizzas too I love cheese Pizza a lot. This is because cheese Pizzas is healthy and makes me strong. I love to cook Pizza at home. My Mom cooks the best Pizzas in the world. I always ask her to make Pizza.
Many times she bribes me with her yummy Pizzas to get work done from me. I can do anything for her as far as I can get Pizzas from her. On every occasion we cook Pizza at home and celebrate the occasion say my birthday, my brother’s birthday, my grandparent’s birthday and my parent’s birthday, anniversaries etc. To create fun we also organize pizza race in terms of who can eat maximum number of pizzas. I can eat many pizzas faster at a time and I always win the race.
My parents always scold me for eating so many pizzas all the time because pizzas are not good for health. Eating pizzas makes me feel glad and happy. I want to go to America once in my life because the country has varieties of ham burgers and pizzas. I hate being sick because whenever I am sick I am not allowed to eat pizzas by my parents.
Like me many people love to eat pizza disrespect of their age. Pizza was a basic part of the Italiand diet and was originated from Italy. The world’s 1st pizzeria was opened in 1738 in Naples (Italy). Pizzas are now revolutionarized to tomato sauce from just plain dough into four in one pizzas. Today you can buy 4 different kinds of flavors by paying only for one pizza. Isn’t yummy??
I like to eat hot pizzas. Because hot pizzas tastes best when they are crispy at the sides and soft in the middle. Crispy crust pizzas with extra cheese tastes like heaven. Furthermore the aroma is always tantalizes like anything.
No matter how much I have eaten, I never fail to make myself feel hungry when I have my favorite pizzas in front of me. Flavors are felt exploding in my mouth when I take the 1st bite of my pizza. Those diced vegetables, jalapenos, tomato sauce, cheese and mushrooms makes me eat more and more. My love for my pizzas is eternal and nobody on this earth could ever take this from me until I die.

Well, since I’m born in Kelantan, let me tell you about the most food I like to eat here which I also can found it in my place where I stay right now, Negeri Sembilan. But. Not as good taste in Kelantan. For my opinion, in Kelantan the general civilian here prefer food which is taste sugary. As for me, I also like to eat food taste sugary. For me, I didn’t like to eat food that taste spicy.

The nasi kerabu has an age old recipe, which is very unique. To prepare this dish successfully, each and every ingredient has to be taken into serious account. To make nasi kerabu it takes quite a long time because we have to use a lot of vegetables and have to slice. Nasi kerabu made by mother different from others because my mother using recipes passed down for generations. When there a big work at my house, my mother will make nasi kerabu and everyone will praise him.

The main ingredient used are pickled-fish, concubines, thick coconut, fried coconut or kerisik, fish, coloring likes blue, sweetmeat or sugar Melaka , lemon grass, spices such as ginger, shallot, chilies, garlic, fresh, sugar, salt, and condiment and the important thing is fish sauce or in Kelantan, we call it “budu”. This food is contain 4 types of dishes that we have to eat in one plate. That why we call “Nasi Kerabu”. We mixed them and eat together. Firstly, we have to cook rice. It rice is very strange because their colour is blue. When we want to cook this rice, we must to put ginger, a little bit of sugar and salt, 3 pieces of lemon grass and also colouring of blue.

Secondly, we should to prepare their sauce. We put a small of ginger, a some of garlic and shallot, chilies, sweetmeat or sugar melaka and a little bit of sugar and salt into coconut milk. Then we have to grind them and then cook them and lastly put in some of water. After that, we have to prepare sauté spicy dish. Firstly, we must to get fried coconut or kerisik. Then, we have to boil fish and then mixed them. Finally, we have to prepare concubines. We can use cucumber, long bean, and bean sprout. We have to cut of them in a small size and look that very beautiful state. “Nasi Kerabu” is already done to eat after 4 types of dishes is done. We also can eat this food with fried chicken, fried fish or eggs to make this food more delicious and fun to eat.

Ayam percik also my favorite food that I like to eat in Kelantan. Let me introduce you a little about this. Here is the method to done Ayam percik. Marinate chicken with the blended ingredients for 1hour. Preheat oven to 180C on the grill setting. Heat wok over medium flame without oil. Put chicken in for 3mins to tighten up. Turn off the heat, take out the chicken and place on a grill or an oven pan. Pour the coconut cream, tamarind juice, sugar and salt in the wok to mix with the marinade left in the wok. Coat the chicken with some of this mixture and put it in the oven. Cook for 40mins. Keep cooking down the remainder of the sauce in the wok as the chicken cooks in the oven. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken once it’s done.
